Inbox Expo is fast becoming one of the biggest events in the email & messaging space. The only event that technologists, engineers and marketers all attend. You will find brand side and agency side present as well as vendors from across the space represented. With representatives at the very highest levels often time.
It really is the only conference where you can meet and mingle with the founders and CEO’s of Marcom Platforms, Agencies and also Blocklists, Anti-Spam and Security organisations.
However we are not elitist or exclusive you will find marketers, engineers and email geeks from entry level positions through to the C suite.
A vendor booth at Inbox Expo is a great way to expose your brand and offer to a wide number of delegates, we anticipate over 1000 delegates. We are technically prepared to host more than 5000 delegates.
We were the first event in the Email Industry to pivot to 100% virtual, when others in 2020 threw the towel in due to Vovid-19, we persisted and had our event online with over 300 delegates join us. With Inbox Expo the Show Must Go On, Always! We want to build on those “first’s” in the space in 2021.
To the best of our knowledge Inbox Expo will be the first event in the email security or marcom industry that will utilise A.I to enhance user experience and accessibility. You can read how we will utilise the same tech stack here.
We plan to have both stages Live Transcribed. The tech stack we utilise includes Hopin, Restream, StreamYard, Otter.AI, Zoom. Some of the software licenses are extremely expensive, without fail we need the premium, enterprise or custom plan. We have been supported with favorable pricing in some instances, however the costs for hosting an event of this size and to ensure we continue to push the bounds of what is done with online events costs money and significant amounts of human resources, time and effort.
That is why we ask vendors to help us offset the costs of hosting the event by taking a vendor booth at our event. The cost are extremely reasonable.
To find out more about the way the Vendor Booths work, please read here. We have upgraded the vendor booth experience and booth managers can now manage and update their booth, themselves, before and during the event.
