Like every other conference we are impacted by the Novel Coronavirus outbreak. With so many speakers and panelists scheduled for London, due to arrive from over 2 dozen locations on 5 continents, it is inevitable that we will be impacted.
Our primary concern is our speakers health and wellbeing. We fully support any of our speakers or their employers in their decisions in respect of travel and international events. These are trying times for business and individuals and our thanks go out to everyone that has participated or offered to participate at any level.
We would point you to posts by Zoho, Twilio and others on the matter. At this time we continue to forge ahead with a packed schedule of incredible speakers with minimal changes to our line up. We thank you for your support in these most difficult of times.
Updates on 7th March: We have taken the decision to limit the number of delegates in any one space to 99. As a result we are fully booked for our networking reception in London and tickets are no longer being offered. We have also withdrawn tickets from general sale for the 2 day conference. Holding back a very small number of tickets for keynotes, sponsors and key clients that have asked to confirm their availability next week.
Updates on 8th March: We have a few panelists withdraw and one speaker due to restrictions imposed on travel by employers and local authorities. We have managed to secure incredible additional speakers and content from organisations including Google and SURBL for which we are extremely grateful. There is still an incredible two days of packed content in multiple streams organised for London. We have spoken to many of our speakers in North America who have all reconfirmed they will be attending in person.
