Yes we will be streaming all the presentations and panel discussions from the 15th and 16th of December online.
Yes there will be additional sessions and panel discussions organised during the period 18-24 December with speakers unable to make it to Valencia.
Access to the recordings are available throughout the event as view on demand.
We aim to make all content available some time after the event on emailexpert.com
We now have a dedicated mobile app available to users and recommend everyone installs it for keeping up to date when not at the conference, and for networking and catching sessions on the go.
Not at all, we are offering a full virtual conference experience.
Forget your past experience with Webex, or Facebook Live, the failed online workshop and training webinar.
We have a full service account from Hopin. A fully dedicated virtual conference hosting platform. Used by TechCrunch, United Nations and WSJ.
Delegate networking, interaction with speakers, submitting questions and making new connections are all possible within the platform to delegates visiting Inbox Expo digital edition.
Our group sessions allow thousands of delegates to view a virtual panel discussion and the platform facilitates the ability to engage directly in some workshops.
Networking functionality includes unmoderated group breakouts, random speed-networking and of course the ability to target and request 1 to 1 break out time with other delegates.
We plan to make all sessions available as view on demand right from within hopin. They should be available within an hour of a session having ended.
Only if you purchase an all access pass with downloads. We want to make the event as inclusive as possible and a number of complimentary passes are available on different channels.
We use the Hopin event platform and have done since 2019 as one of their first users they remain our preferred platform.
You have the opportunity to network with other delegates and speakers in a number of ways. Expo Only ticket holders are restricted to networking with our sponsors and other expo visitors. You will not be able to network directly with speakers, panelists or the VIP delegates of the Conference.
All other ticket holders can initiate a private video chat with another delegate or speaker by requesting a private chat, others can request the same of you, and this all happens on the platform without exchanging any details. The other opportunity for networking is our speed-networking sessions where delegates enter a chatroulette style one-on-one networking.
No matter how the networking session is started by you or another, whether your meeting was by design or chance, once the conversation is complete both participants are offered the opportunity to click ‘connect’. Only if both participants agree are contact details shared. You can watch a video demo here.
The Networking area is the place for automated one-on-one meetings and is our way of facilitating connection discovery at Inbox Expo.
In the networking segment, when a delegate clicks the Ready button, the system automatically pairs you up with someone else who has also clicked the Ready button.
This match is paired randomly. If both parties are available, the two are matched instantly and the video chat begins and lasts for 6 minutes.
Delegates are able to pair with other attendees as many times as you like throughout the Inbox Expo event.
The Networking area is random, so you are not able to pick who you are paired with.
However, you can create 1:1 meetings with whoever you like. By going to the ‘People’ tab of the event, find the person you would like to connect with and click the invite to video call button.
Delegates are able to extend the meeting by clicking the Extend button.
As the button is clicked, the other participant will receive a notification to confirm if they wish to extend the meeting.
The system won’t allow you to meet with the same person twice.
If you’d like to meet the same person, you can search up their name through the People tab within the event and schedule a meeting.
Absolutely, yes you can enter group networking breakouts and use only text for communication. Likewise you can communicate privately by text/direct message with other delegates at the expo.
Yes delegates can network in groups at various points throughout the conference through dedicated breakout areas.
Yes. Random Video matchups for networking was extremely popular last year and the speed networking function will be back in 2021. Like chat roullette for emailgeeks.
We will be encouraging every delegate to download the event app and join organised hybrid networking sessions.
We will be streaming the online event chatroom to the stage in Valencia. This allows delegates and speakers to see and interact with the conversation.
Speakers will be encouraged to join you online in the event chatroom.
Check back for details of hybrid experiences and local meetups.
