Everything changed in 2020. We believe conferences should too. We have grown accustomed to working from home, many of our family have already met colleagues, clients and suppliers in a Zoom.

So yes, absolutely you can bring your significant other and family members to various activities that have been organised for our delegates.

Only badged delegates can view the sessions however for a nominal fee access to almost all other activities, functions and dining is possible.

Additionally we have limited space available in the emailexpert co-working space in the exhibition area, this allows those who are joining but need to study or continue working to make use of our incredible picture perfect seafront location for their work away from home.

Yes there will be desks and chairs available to delegates in the conference area for those that need to use them.

The hotel lobby and other significant covered outdoor spaces exist for you to network and chat privately.

Additionally we have a co-working space where you are welcome to go if you are needing to take calls or need to duck out to check emails and want to meet your family or significant other during the event itself.

There is ample space throughout the resort where you can meet and chat with other delegates. We encourage you to make use of the exhibitor facility and break areas.
