The Event

Not at all, we are offering a full virtual conference experience.

Forget your past experience with Webex, or Facebook Live, the failed online workshop and training webinar. 

We have a full service account from Hopin. A fully dedicated virtual conference hosting platform. Used by TechCrunch, United Nations and WSJ.

Delegate networking, interaction with speakers, submitting questions and making new connections are all possible within the platform to delegates visiting Inbox Expo digital edition.

Our group sessions allow thousands of delegates to view a virtual panel discussion and the platform facilitates the ability to engage directly in some workshops.

Networking functionality includes unmoderated group breakouts, random speed-networking and of course the ability to target and request 1 to 1 break out time with other delegates.

In 2021 we will be the first email or Marcom event ever to utilise A.I to enhance accessibility and will be providing live transcriptions of the stage presentations.

Whilst we do not recommend it as the features and functionalities are limited for mobile and tablet it is possible to view the Stage, view Sessions, view Expo Exhibitors, chat, and use some the Networking features of the event from your mobile or tablet.

View on demand replays are only available for All Access Pass holders. 

Mainstage content will be made available via a private YouTube channel for playback at the end of each session, for members that request this.

Most sessions from the main stage will be made available on the same day of the event.

Our delegate boards will provide links and instructions for those wanting to access the playbacks or discuss them with others.

Networking Opportunities

You have the opportunity to network with other delegates and speakers in a number of ways. Expo Only ticket holders are restricted to networking with our sponsors and other expo visitors. You will not be able to network directly with speakers, panelists or the VIP delegates of the Conference.


All other ticket holders can initiate a private video chat with another delegate or speaker by requesting a private chat, others can request the same of you, and this all happens on the platform without exchanging any details. The other opportunity for networking is our speed-networking sessions where delegates enter a chatroulette style one-on-one networking.

No matter how the networking session is started by you or another, whether your meeting was by design or chance, once the conversation is complete both participants are offered the opportunity to click ‘connect’. Absolutely, yes you can enter group networking breakouts and use only text for communication. Likewise you can communicate privately by text/direct message with other delegates at the expo.

Yes delegates can network in groups at various points throughout the conference through dedicated breakout areas.

Yes. Random Video matchups for networking was extremely popular last year and the speed networking function will be back in 2021. Like chat roullette for emailgeeks.

Tickets and Pricing

This kind of pass only provides access to the Expo Stage, Expo Booths and Expo Visitor Networking Sessions.

Reach out to your industry organisation if they do not have discount codes for their members if they contact us we can arrange for them if they qualify.

Otherwise you can also reach out to one of the speakers they will have a limited number of codes available to share.

This provides you access to all the sessions, both stages and all networking breakouts. Live throughout the 4 days. It does not however include view on demand playback of sessions you missed.

Days and Timezones

The event starts at 8PM UTC on Sunday 21st of March 2021. We kick off with a series of presentations discussions and networking for the Asia-Pacific region.

The event goes on for 4 days, the expo area will remain available for a further 24 hours.

Whatever your timezone you can be sure of plenty to explore at the conference in the expo area, networking areas and rest assured content is made available at a variety of times throughout the day ensuring whatever your timezone you will find excellent content and real opportunities for meaningful connections.

Yes there is a series of excellent sessions available every day providing delegates an opportunity to learn and network with the best email marketers and anti-spam professionals.

Certification & Validation

Depending on your ticket type will determine what kinds of certifications you can qualify for. 

Yes and we make it extremely simple to do so. It only takes a click from your certificate to launch the Certificate embed process on Linkedin. You confirm the details and it is immediately available on your profile.

A simple Certificate of Expo Attendance, through to Email Innovation, Marketing Strategy, Deliverability and Compliance certificates and validations are available. Public Speaker certification for our speakers and panelists too.

You have a public url that you can share with your network or anyone else wishing to verify your certificate. This is automatically linked to from your Certification when shared on Linkedin.

Technology & Accessibility

The events will run through your browser so will function fine on hardware running 4GB Ram The full functionality is only available with Desktop (web) on Google Chrome,  Mozilla Firefox,  Apple Safari

Other independent browsers that accept webRTC technology may be compatible.

Explorer/Edge is not compatible.

Yes all sessions from the main stage will be made available with full transcriptions that have been reviewed and manually edited for greater accuracy after the event. 

We will be using otter.AI to offer full live AI powered transcriptions throughout the event. Not a perfect solution however extreme levels of accuracy and our own proprietary email geeks dictionary promises far better than Zoom or YouTube auto transcribe.

We are keen to make the conference available to the widest possible range of people. We can arrange for alternate methods to access the live streams if discussed in advance. Please reach out so we can identify how we can provide a more accessible experience and overcome any hurdles where possible.
