The schedule shows the times on Hopin, we are still adding over 30 more sessions to the schedule over the next few days. The content runs at various times over the three days 18th, 19th and 20th of March however you have access to watch the streams played back at your convenience from the delegates member site. You will have access to the live streams and the delegate community and forums for a full 6 months after the end of the event. Plenty of time to catchup on any sessions you may have missed.

Straight up the novel coronavirus situation has hit us extremely hard. Where we hoped to sell over 100 tickets at $1000 each for the live event in London or numbers are nowhere close to that. This is the reality of Live events in the current climate. However we are still able to mitigate our losses by promoting the online event more heavily. There is over $50,000 already invested in the production of this event. We no longer hope to make any profit and our effort is on getting as close to break even as possible. This difficult situation we are really trying to turn into a win-win for all. Delegates visiting from Zest are now able to access the same content as London delegates for a huge 95% discount.
Our platform Hopin supporting up to 10,000 delegates makes the current pricing viable for us.
