Tony worked at Eurostar in various communications roles and then working on implementation projects using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A growing passion for consumer-first and data-oriented CRM led him to Volvo Cars to transform their CRM approach. He led the integration of multiple new MarTech tools, recruitment for the CRM team and oversaw a full internalisation drive with the result being to a fully autonomous, internal team covering the full end to end CRM process.
