Shani Nestingen

Shani is the Lead Email Product Designer/Developer of Operational Communications at Target, which is a techie way of saying that I design, code, ideate and talk a lot about email. I work hard to create clear and personalized messages to Target Guests, that contribute to improving the experience both in-store and digitally, by continuously creating connections throughout the guest journey. Before Target, I largely lived and worked the startup and small agency life as an email and web designer. I’ve been in the industry for over a decade and have had the opportunity to gain a vast amount of knowledge and appreciation of the digital space and the technologies that define and help evolve it. I’m an expert in Web and Email design as well HTML and CSS and diverse experiences with different ESP and CMS platforms. I am also a big advocate for coding accessible, personalized, and responsive messages.
