There are reports of some European flights cancelled at the last minute, we are still grappling with a global pandemic. The need to self isolate as a result of contact or indeed testing positive for Covid-19 remains a distinct possibility. All this makes planning ahead with any certainty a little more concerning, we get it and wanted to reduce delegate fears.
So in addition to offering a refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the event, we will now provide a credit if you are forced not to attend at the last minute.
The specifics are as follows:
There are no refunds for online ticket purchases. In Person tickets cancelled up to 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund. Your ticket price less the cost of a standard price digital/virtual pass.
Last Minute Cancellations
If you are forced to cancel or not attend due to flights being cancelled, illness, needing to isolate or similar we will apply a credit note for a future event, less the cost of a virtual ticket.
No refunds for no-shows. It may take up to 30 days to process a refund. Any booking or third party fee’s are non refundable.
